(left- D's version, right- Mine) We spent a considerably long time arguing over which is a better shot in terms of composition and colour and he likes his yellow-ish setting while I liked mine (Purple's my favourite colour haha).
(continuation from part 1) To make our money and time worthwhile, D and I stayed till the night to attempt some night shots while my folks made their way home. The shots are really amateurish but we had fun playing with different settings and watched how the pictures turn out. If you'd like, you may leave a comment to let us know which version of the above picture you prefer (the yellowish or purplish) to cease our argument haha. The last two shots of the road reminded me of the old days where TL and I would sit above the orchard tunnel and take long exposure shots and dump water bombs on cars going through the expressway. Such nice fond memories.
A big shoutout to Jessica and TL for the lovely layout! Thank you so much for the hard work and time put in to do this for me. I love it so much, and I hope everyone likes the new layout too. In this new year, I promise to update frequently on my personal life more. Thank you for reading! <:
Hope the new year has been good for all of y'all!
Cheers.

Hi Fiona!
I really love your new blog layout.
Anyway, i previously left a comment here too, but i'm not sure if it gone through.
Anyway, i was asking what kind of lenses do you own? And why did you chose Nikon over Canon? haha.
and btw, you are using D800?
thanks Fiona!
Hi!
Thank you, I love it too! I think I didn't receive it but thanks for writing in again. Yes I'm using a D800, and actually there really isn't a why as to my choice. I was a Canon compact camera user and I loved Canon to death. But when I acquired my first DSLR, I got the Nikon D90, which was apparently one of the best in the market at that point of time.
Therefore I stuck with Nikon for DSLR, but if I can get a compact right now, I would get a Canon. Honestly, both are good and have their own pros and cons. Some say Nikon have richer colours, and Canon is more user friendly. But I think whatever it is, it just takes time to get used to and we can do whatever needed in Photoshop.
Anyhows, if you are gonna get yourself one, do read up more about it before buying! <:
You're welcome!
Loving the pictures Fiona! Are these taken with a wide angle lens?
Hi, thank you dear! Yes, it's a relatively wide lens (:
